Shipping Policy for Peak Puerto Rico

Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 3-10 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Methods and Costs We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 excludes heavy items.
Delivery Areas We currently offer shipping throughout Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Carrier We use trusted carriers, including [USPS, UPS and FEDEX], to deliver your packages. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor its status.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Peak Puerto Rico is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at shop@peakpuertorico.com to correct it.
Order Tracking After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier’s website. If you encounter any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer service team at shop@peakpuertorico.
Lost or Damaged Orders Peak Puerto Rico is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your package does not arrive or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us right away, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some products may have restrictions depending on size or weight.
Changes to the Shipping Policy Peak Puerto Rico reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. If we make any significant changes, we will notify our customers via email or update the policy on our website.
