Returns

Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Carefully package the item(s) and send them to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items

We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a full refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances. Please provide photos of the damage or defect and your order details for a quicker resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@peakpuertorico.com. After 12 hours, the order will be processed and shipped as usual.
