Refund Policy for Peak Puerto Rico

Thank you for shopping with Peak Puerto Rico! We strive to provide the best quality products and services. Please review our Refund Policy below for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

 

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at shop@peakpuertorico.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).

  4. Carefully package the item(s) and send them to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shop@peakpuertorico.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a full refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances. Please provide photos of the damage or defect and your order details for a quicker resolution.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@peakpuertorico.com. After 12 hours, the order will be processed and shipped as usual.

Refund Processing Time

Once a return has been approved and processed, refunds will typically take 5-7 business days to be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the exact time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
